Thank you for ordering a Chotronette dress. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product we would be happy to help you return it for a full refund for the price of the product, shipping fees are not refundable.
You will have to notify us at email@example.com within 10 business days after receiving the order and have the dress in perfect condition, without any signs of being worn.
The return has to be made in the same manner as the delivery and you will have to pay for the shipping back to us. We use DHL, but you can use another shipping company as long it provides door to door delivery. We don’t collect any returns sent via postal office. Please contact us on email if you need details.
After we receive and inspect the dress, we can refund you the money.
If the payment has been made with the credit card you will receive the money in the same account. If the payment has been made via bank transfer you will have to send us an e-mail with your details.
